Hotel was convenient, the room had everything we needed. It was a bit far from the center, but just a street away from the metro. Other clients were unfortunately very noisy ( loud voices in the corridors, doors banging etc). Ps: be careful if you are european and not used to taxes, the price can be surprising ( price on booking.com is without taxes, and taxes are up to 20% of the original price).

Robert from valet was nice, I’m sorry I didn’t have cash on me to tip him. The girls are friendly, two even helped me my first day to get my card that was stuck in my wallet with one of them succeeding.

Had a fantastic stay at Sens hotel in Montreal! The room was impeccably clean and stylish, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend

Breakfast options were limited for the price; we had breakfast elsewhere. Location was very good - close to many eating places and the St Catherine's shopping district. Also, not far from Old Montreal area and the port. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was generally well maintained and comfortable except for two problems described below. We asked about use of a microwave and were provided with one - very useful!

Without exception, all of the staff were excellent. Felt very welcomed by all and treated wonderfully. They answered every question I had. The corner room was spacious and provided good natural light.

The design of the hotel was nice. The rooms were large and had iron and ironing board. Bathroom was a nice design although a little small perhaps. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Staff were helpful and the location was good. Staff were knowledgeable about the local area and able to offer recommendations.
